Don’t text and drive.

A couple of days ago my sister crashed into the car in front of her because she looked down at her phone; her head cracked the windshield, but luckily, somehow, she got away with nothing but a minor concussion. She’s even more lucky she didn’t hurt anyone. It scares me just imagining what she went through.

I think it’s easy to forget how much damage a car can do, not only to yourself but other people. Imagine living with the guilt of injuring someone because you were doing something silly like reading a text? Or worse, killing someone.

I’m guilty of this sometimes, but this was a massive wake-up call.
